Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 19, 2026 · Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DasiQu ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the DasiQu platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

DasiQu is an AI Answer Review Marketplace that connects individuals ("Requesters") who have received AI-generated content with domain experts ("Reviewers") who can verify, assess, and improve that content.

DasiQu does not itself generate AI content, operate AI models, or guarantee the accuracy of any review. The Service facilitates connections between independent parties. Reviewers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of DasiQu.

Independent Contractor Status: Reviewers determine their own working hours, methods, and tools. DasiQu does not direct how Reviewers perform their work — only the outcome standards (accuracy, completeness, professional conduct) are specified. The penalty system exists solely to maintain platform integrity and protect users, not to exercise employment-level control. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between DasiQu and any Reviewer. Reviewers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance obligations.

The Service is provided in English and is intended for users worldwide. Some features may be subject to geographic restrictions due to legal requirements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Users under 16 are prohibited from using the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Service
4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You may register using supported Single Sign-On providers (currently Google; LinkedIn planned). We do not store passwords.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@dasiqu.com

One person may not maintain more than one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent penalties or policies is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

5. Points & Credits System

5.1 Points (Virtual Rewards)

Points are non-monetary, non-transferable virtual units used within the DasiQu platform solely to facilitate service transactions. Points are awarded at signup, earned through completed reviews, and granted through the referral program.

  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any monetary equivalent
  • Points cannot be transferred between users, sold, or traded
  • Points do not constitute electronic money, prepaid payment instruments, or stored value under any applicable financial regulation, including but not limited to Korea's Electronic Financial Transactions Act (전자금융거래법), the EU Electronic Money Directive (2009/110/EC), or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions
  • Points are a loyalty mechanism only and create no debt, financial obligation, or property right against DasiQu

5.2 Credits (Future Paid Feature — Not Currently Available)

Credits are a planned future feature that will allow users to purchase platform currency using real money. Credits are not currently available. When introduced:

  • Credits will be governed by a separate supplemental agreement, including applicable refund and expiration policies
  • Credit purchases will be subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the user's jurisdiction
  • Refund rights for purchased Credits will comply with local consumer protection regulations, including EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
  • DasiQu will obtain any required regulatory approvals before launching the Credit system in jurisdictions where such approvals are required
Platform Points expire 3 years after account inactivity. DasiQu reserves the right to adjust Point values, earning rates, and expiration policies with 30 days' notice. Points do not expire while an account is active.

5.3 Refund Policy (Points):

  • Cancellation before Reviewer acceptance: full refund
  • Reviewer deadline exceeded: full refund to Requester
  • Reviewer voluntary withdrawal: full refund to Requester
  • Requester account deletion while request in progress: full refund to Reviewer
  • Disputed requests: subject to admin review and final decision
  • Auto-completed requests (no Requester response within 3 days): Points released to Reviewer; no refund

DasiQu retains 20% of each transaction as a platform service fee. This fee structure may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Requester Obligations

As a Requester, you agree to:

  • Submit only genuine AI-generated content that you have the right to share
  • Provide accurate and complete information about what you want reviewed
  • Not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Complete pending evaluations before submitting new requests
  • Review responses and take appropriate action within the deadline period
  • Not use reviews for purposes that violate applicable laws

You understand that DasiQu does not guarantee response times or the quality of reviews, and that Reviewers provide opinions based on their expertise, not legal or professional advice.

7. Reviewer Obligations

As a Reviewer, you represent that your profile information is accurate and that you possess the expertise you claim. You agree to:

  • Provide honest, good-faith assessments based on genuine expertise
  • Complete accepted requests within the agreed deadline
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest relevant to a review
  • Not submit plagiarized, AI-generated, or fabricated reviews
  • Not solicit off-platform payments from Requesters
  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications

Tax Responsibility: As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for determining and paying any income taxes, self-employment taxes, VAT, GST, or other taxes that may apply to Points you earn through the Service. DasiQu does not withhold taxes on your behalf and does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction. DasiQu may be required by law to collect and report certain tax information from Reviewers in some jurisdictions.

Penalty System: Voluntary withdrawal, deadline violations, or misconduct result in cumulative penalties: 1st — warning; 2nd — 1-week suspension; 4th — 1-month suspension; 6th — 6-month suspension; 8th — permanent ban. These penalties exist to protect platform users and maintain service quality, not to establish any employment control.

Reviewer profiles are locked for 90 days after the initial 7-day editing window to maintain trust and consistency.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Submit content containing personal data of third parties without their consent
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, or the matching system through fraudulent means
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or policies
  • Use automated tools to interact with the Service
  • Share account credentials with third parties
  • Submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Abuse the referral system (including self-referral or coordinated abuse)

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to DasiQu. By submitting content, you grant DasiQu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, process, and facilitate the review of that content solely for the purposes of operating the Service.

Review Content: Reviews created by Reviewers are owned by the Reviewer. Upon payment of Points, Requesters receive a non-exclusive license to use the review content for their personal or business purposes.

DasiQu Platform: All platform technology, design, trademarks, and proprietary content are owned by DasiQu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

If you believe content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@dasiqu.com with sufficient detail to investigate your claim.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DasiQu does not warrant that:

  • Reviews are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Reviewers hold the qualifications they claim
  • The Service meets your specific requirements

Reviews on DasiQu are opinions of independent individuals and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions of significance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DASIQU AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for personal injury or certain damages is not permitted, DasiQu's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

DasiQu's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of Points transacted by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DasiQu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you submit to the platform
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

DasiQu may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will attempt to provide notice where reasonable.

Upon termination: active requests will be cancelled with appropriate refunds; pending Points cannot be redeemed; completed review content may remain on the platform in anonymized form.

14. Dispute Resolution

Internal Disputes: Disputes between Requesters and Reviewers are handled through DasiQu's admin review process. Admin decisions on Point refunds are final.

Disputes with DasiQu: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@dasiqu.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), conducted in English, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Notwithstanding the above, users in the European Economic Area (EEA) retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Consumer Protection Carve-outs (Mandatory Local Law):

  • EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC). You retain the right to bring claims before the courts of your country of habitual residence.
  • UK users: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. You may bring claims in English and Welsh courts.
  • California (USA) users: You retain all rights under California consumer protection law, including CCPA/CPRA and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
  • Korean users: Your rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) are fully preserved.
  • Australian users: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

In any jurisdiction where any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
